TVHS has contracted Gilson Housing Partners to conduct our Housing and Section 8 Inspections. The inspection group will contact the tenant and owner when an inspection is needed. Please contact the office if you have any questions.

TVHS has made changes to the House Rules effective October 1, 2025. The House Rules are available for review at the front desk at the Tennessee Valley Housing Services main office. The office is located at 600 Sulphur Springs Road, Morristown, TN.

TVHS is making changes to the Administrative Plan. The changes will be effective October 1, 2025. All residents will be required to accept and sign the terms at their annual recertification. Pending changes to the Administrative Plan are available for review at the front desk at the Tennessee Valley Housing Services main office.
